Official Pressrelease
The International Beetle Weekend Budel is known as an event which knows no equal. "Budel" is a one of a kind event. Starting out as a small, intimate event to an event as it stands today: the weekend of all weekends. It has it all, thrills, atmosphere and entertainment. Everything which makes your aircooled heart beat a little bit faster.

Once you experienced Budel, it grabs you forever. The atmosphere is made by all the visitors. Many are surprised about the relaxed atmosphere during those three days, knowing that we have an average of about 25,000 visitors each year!

Visitors are coming from almost every Euro country and the United Kingdom naturally. The International Beetle Weekend is mainly focused on the Beetle, but also other aircooled Volkswagen cars are welcome. The whole aircooled Volkswagen family is represented, so also for the fans of the VW van, the Karmann Ghia and the buggy, there is plenty left to do, see and discover.

Budel is three days of partying, but also great for just a one day outing.

As of Friday afternoon, you will hear the familiar sounds of the aircooled engines. As of 13.00 hrs the campsite is open for business. Just to watch the arriving of the many guests is already a spectacular side to see. In the evening you can dance in the big tent or just have a drink and chat with other people.
